Others guest speakers : MD, Bharat Forge Ltd., Director, CMERI, MD, TVS, Dr. Nihar Biswas, Windsor University, Canada

( Dr. N.R. Banerjea, Vice-Chancellor discussed about the programme with CM and MIC, Commerce & Industries, GOWB who appreciated the move in view of augmentation programme of automobile sectors in West Bengal and Creation of “Centre of Excellence in Automobile Engineering” at BESU, Shibpur in collaboration with University of Windsor, Canada.)

1. Entire proposal in approved by Vice-chancellor. Programme details and budget already submitted by the cultural sub-committee and seminar sub-committee.
2. Installation of Statue of Sir. M. VISVESVARYA: Order placed, Unveiling of the Statue will be on the November 24, 2006.
