Banerjea, Vice-Chancellor discussed about the programme with CM and MIC, Commerce & Industries, GOWB who appreciated the move in view of augmentation programme of automobile sectors in West Bengal and Creation of “Centre of Excellence in Automobile Engineering” at BESU, Shibpur in collaboration with University of Windsor, Canada.)

2. Installation of Statue of Sir. M. VISVESVARYA: Order placed, Unveiling of the Statue will be on the November 24, 2006.
